Anyone that knows me, knows I quite like the odd coffee, in fact sometimes when its the choice between coffee and food, coffee will win.
For me theres a pretty simple equation that will make a coffee shop one of my regular stops.
1 Good coffee, get my triple shot flat white right, not too hot and not too much milk.

2Smiling staff who get to know my name and order after only a few visits. I usually need my coffee to get my day going and until I have that cup in my hand I'm somewhat slow and grumpy so smiles go a long way toeasing my pain during that wait.

3Pleasant interior with somewhere for me to shelter until that caffeine is trickling into my body, preferably with some decent magazines with pretty pictures to distract me while I wait

Satisfied coffee drinkerwho may visit more than once a day depending on whats happening in life.
The Girls at French 83 are well on their way with their coffee arithmetic. Coffee is awesome, smiles are friendly and cheeky and I can even shop for new clothes while I wait....
French 83 has just opened at 209 Federal Street in Auckland, rumor has it that there may even be a barbershop in the way so I can get my haircut while I wait for my flattie!!
